President Bush signed the housing bill Wednesday. And while the part of the bill that allows homeowners who cannot afford their monthly payments to refinance into government-backed loans may be implemented as soon as October there’s been some question as to whether it’s going to take longer than that. whether you are in danger of foreclosing on your home there are some steps you can take now.
